"Olive Grove Knowledge and Agrotourism Farm" - ADF, opens 458 million lek tender for investment in Divjaka

The Albanian Development Fund has announced an open tender procedure for the construction of a new development project in the Divjaka area, named “Olive Grove Knowledge and Agrotourism Farm”. The project aims to create an integrated rural development model that combines education, agriculture and tourism, serving as an example for similar initiatives in other regions of the country.
The report presents the design of the "Hotel + Agrotourism" facility, which includes 2 floors above ground, within the framework of the "Knowledge Farm and Agrotourism in Divjaka" project.
According to the published document, the tender procedure includes drafting the technical project, obtaining the relevant permits, carrying out construction works, and handing over the completed facility with keys in hand.
The value of the limit fund determined for this contract is 458.267 million lek excluding VAT, with financing from the GOA budget program for the period 2025–2028. The implementation period is expected to be 24 months, starting immediately after the signing of the contract.
The purpose of the investment is to create an integrated infrastructure in areas with economic and tourist development potential, with the aim of the project serving as a demonstration center for agritourism, education and innovation in agriculture.
This initiative aligns with the ADF's strategy to strengthen the link between rural development and the tourism sector, promoting the use of sustainable practices and creating new jobs in local communities.
