Doubling of students in vocational schools? - Muça: Reflects the current employment market
Young people are increasingly turning to vocational education. This is also shown by the government's objectives, which aim for 35% of the total number of students to attend vocational education by 2030.
Employment expert Erion Muça indicates that these objectives are not accidental, as they reflect the needs of the labor market.
But will this new reality affect young people's desire to pursue higher education?
Muça further emphasizes that admission standards in vocational schools should be reviewed, because there are often prejudices.
In addition to doubling the number of students, the government plans to invest 60 million euros in the construction of vocational schools and the installation of technical laboratories.
