Which entities have been fined the most? - Inspectorate, control over 17 thousand workplaces. Over 300 administrative measures
The State Labor Inspectorate, within the framework of monthly inspections, in March checked a total of 17,344 workplaces. However, within the framework of inspections of entities, the Labor Inspectorate has conducted around 714 inspections in certain entities.
On the other hand, within the framework of the anti-informality campaign, the focus is also on advisory inspections, where the Labor Inspectorate has conducted 108 advisory inspections. But to stop at justified complaints, a total of 61 were handled in March.
But what are the administrative measures that have been taken by this institution?
Referring to the data of the State Labor Inspectorate, during the past month 25 administrative measures have been taken in 42% of the subjects. But more specifically, 63 urgent measures have been taken for suspension of employment and safety at work or 21%. While warnings occupy the largest number, where there are 216 which are warnings that have been given to the subjects or 72%. And about 6.3% are fines or 19 of them.
But which type of businesses results in more administrative measures?
In the same data, according to the type of activity, it results that measures for suspension, warning or fine were taken most frequently in the activity "Manufacturing Enterprise", with 24%, in the activity "HBR Trade" with 28% and in the construction sector with 25% of the measures taken.
