ARRSH starts work on Monday to repair the Vorë-Ura e Dajlanit road - Segments where traffic will be blocked!
The Albanian Road Authority will launch an intervention on Monday to repair asphalt layers on the Vorë–Ura e Dajlanit road segment, which will be accompanied by temporary traffic blockages on this axis.
In an announcement published on the website of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, it is announced that the ARA will launch the implementation of the "Emergency for the repair of asphalt substrates and layers" project, a necessary intervention to improve the quality of traffic and road safety on one of the busiest axes in the country.
According to this announcement, the works will begin on October 13, 2025, bringing temporary traffic blockage in the Vorë-Durres direction, in several separate segments such as:
* Vora – Maminas,
* Maminas – Sukth,
* Sukth – Flakë,
* Flakë – Shkozet Overpass,
* Shkozet Overpass – Dajlan Bridge.
Each segment will have a work duration of 1 to 2 days, depending on technical conditions and weather.
ARRSH calls on users of this road to use the alternative route during the intervention days: Vorë – Maminas – Katër trës e Shijakut – Durrës, to avoid delays and ease traffic.
After the completion of the works on the Vorë-Durres side, the interventions will continue on the other side, Dajlan Bridge-Vorë, with the same division of segments and deadlines.
In its announcement, the ARA emphasizes that these works are part of emergency interventions to increase the maintenance standards of the national road infrastructure, and requests citizens' understanding for any temporary difficulties that may be caused during the implementation of the project.
