AAPSK increases revenues from leasing seized and confiscated assets by 31% in the first quarter of 2026

During the first quarter of 2026, revenues from the administration of seized and confiscated assets have increased significantly, reaching 64.6 million lek from 49.2 million in the same period of 2025. This represents an increase of about 31%, reflecting an improved and stable financial performance.
The monthly analysis shows a clear upward trend throughout the period January-March 2026, compared to the same months a year ago. In particular, March marked the highest level of income, consolidating the positive trend.
This result was achieved as a result of a series of concrete measures, including the expansion of new lease contracts; strengthening of asset control and monitoring mechanisms; as well as increasing efficiency in financial and operational management.
Improved performance in asset management reflects a more structured and transparent approach to the use of assets, directly contributing to increased revenues for the agency and their further use in support of law enforcement agencies.
AAPSK remains committed to further improving asset management processes, expanding lease contracts, and further increasing revenues. These are revenues only from leasing seized and confiscated assets, not including revenues from auctions or bank account interests.
The positive performance of the first quarter serves as an important indicator of improved asset management and a stable basis for even higher performance in the coming year 2026.
