Kosovo President Osmani meets with Secretary of State Rubio: "Ready to advance the agenda of peace and stability"

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani held a meeting at the State Department with Secretary Marco Rubio. In a post on social media, President Osmani emphasized that "with the US we are united in our determination to protect peace and guarantee a safer future for the younger generations"!
According to Osmani, the meeting discussed the possibilities for strengthening our alliance, as well as concrete steps in this direction that are of vital importance for our people. The great importance of Kosovo's membership in NATO, as well as the opening of new chapters of cooperation in the economy and defense, as part of our strategic partnership, was also discussed.
"In particular, I thanked him for Kosovo's inclusion in the Peace Board, for the decisive American support for Kosovo's sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for the American military presence in Kosovo as a key presence for peace and stability in the region," emphasizes the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.
Meanwhile, through a post on social media, Rubio announced that he met with President Osmani, whom he thanked for Kosovo's commitment as a founding member of the Peace Board.
"I met with the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, and thanked her and the people of Kosovo for their commitment to peace and stability, being a founding member of the Peace Board. I also thanked President Osmani for her contribution to the International Stabilization Force in Gaza," wrote US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
