Albin Kurti: Dekreti i Osmanit, antikushtetues. Kuvendi shpërndahet pas raundit të tretë për Presidentin
Kryeministri i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, në një konferencë shtypi deklaroi se është informuar përmes mediave për dekretin lidhur me shpërbërjen e Kuvendit të Kosovës. Kurti shprehu keqardhje për mungesën e pjesëmarrjes së deputetëve të opozitës në seancën e Kuvendit të mbajtur për zgjedhjen e presidentit të vendit. Ai bëri të ditur se për këtë çështje i është drejtuar Gjykatës Kushtetuese të Kosovës, duke kërkuar interpretim lidhur me procedurat kushtetuese. Sipas tij, nga momenti i fillimit të procedurave për zgjedhjen e presidentit, Kushtetuta parasheh një afat prej 60 ditësh që duhet të kalojnë para se të mund të shpërndahet Kuvendi.
Kryeministri i Kosovës, Albin Kurti, ka deklaruar se po vëren një zell të shtuar për mbajtjen e zgjedhjeve të reja, por sipas tij, ato nuk do ta zgjidhin situatën politike në vend.
Kurti e akuzon opozitën për mosbashkëpunim të mirëfilltë për zgjedhjen e presidentit. Sipas tij dy partitë kryesore opozitare, PDK dhe LDK, treguan se nuk donin marrëveshje por vetëm penguan. Kurti u pyet përse partia e tij nuk e propozoi presidenten e tanishme, Vjosa Osmani, për një mandat të dytë në krye të shtetit. Ai theksoi se e dinte se Osmani nuk do të siguronte kuorum.
