Çmimet e vajit të ullirit, në rënie në 2025 - Sipas fermerëve, kostot e prodhimit mbeten të larta
Çmimet e prodhimit të vajit të ullirit në Greqi po bien me shpejtësi, duke qëndruar aktualisht rreth 5 euro për litër, ndërsa kostot janë jashtëzakonisht të larta, me paga ditore për vjelje deri në 80 euro. Gjithashtu, korrja në disa zona është zvogëluar për shkak të thatësirës.
Megjithatë, ulja e çmimeve me pakicë pritet pas festave, ku kompanitë e standardizimit në këtë sektor pretendojnë se nga 11 euro/l, që është vlera mesatare në supermarkete për vajin ekstra të virgjër, do të bjerë në nivelin e 7-8 euro/l.
Krahasuar me vitin e kaluar, çmimet e konsumit të vajit të ullirit shënuan një rritje prej 6.4%, siç tregojnë të dhënat e Entit Statistikor Helen (ELSTAT) për inflacionin në muajin nëntor.
Rënia po prek të gjithë Evropën, me observatorin e Spanjës, i cili gjithashtu përcakton tregun, që ka dhënë një çmim prodhues prej 4.14 euro/l. Prodhuesit po rezistojnë dhe nuk duan të shesin me vlera që i konsiderojnë shumë të ulëta në raport me kostot e prodhimit. Ata thonë se tregtarët po luajnë lojën e Krishtlindjes dhe po bëjnë presion për reduktimin e çmimeve.
Por këtë vit kostoja e prodhimit është rritur ndjeshëm dhe ullishtat në Kretë e në të gjithë Greqinë kanë pasur probleme për shkak të thatësirës. Vendi priste një prodhim prej 250 mijë tonësh këtë vit, por në fund do të reduktohet me 30 mijë tonë, sipas vlerësimeve të fundit.
Megjithatë, një surprizë e keqe i pret konsumatorët pas pushimeve, pasi priten rritje të çmimeve të produkteve të kafesë, që do të shkojnë nga 10% deri në 30%. Normat globale të kafesë po thyejnë një rekord pas tjetrit, duke u ngjitur në dhjetor në nivelin më të lartë të të gjitha kohërave prej 349,58 dollarësh për paund.
