Deputy Prime Minister and political leader of the Fier region, Belinda Balluku, has cast her vote in Fier.
She chose a lunchtime slot to vote. After completing the electoral processes, she cast her vote in the ballot box and then gave a statement to the media.
"I want to thank all the journalists and operators who are covering the Fier region. I will call on all Albanians to use their vote and not waste it."
