The Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, voted at the polling station in the Olympic Park, in Tirana. After the vote, Spiropali called on citizens to exercise their right to vote.
"Today is the day of Albanian citizens, of the state, of the nation and of Albania. I call on everyone to vote today with citizenship as the election campaign has been conducted. Let us show that we are European in mind, heart, ideals and standards. The more people vote for Albania, the more civic responsibility we show and the better our future will be," said Spiropali.
