Debts for OSHEE invoices are slightly reduced - The stock of arrears reaches ALL

The total debt that customers have towards the Electricity Distribution Operator experienced a very slight decrease during the first 10 months of this year, compared to December of 2023.

According to official data from the Energy Regulatory Authority, the value of unpaid obligations to OSHEE from family customers, state institutions, water utilities and businesses until the end of October reached 78.55 billion ALL, from 80.89 billion ALL at the end of 2023. .

This decrease in total debts comes as a result of the decrease in unpaid obligations, mainly from family and business customers. Meanwhile, the stock of debt for state institutions, as well as non-budgetary customers, including water utilities, increased.

Thus, the stock of arrears for households decreased to 43.8 billion ALL, from 45.4 billion ALL, while for the category of businesses, the debt decreased to 10.09 billion ALL, from 11.69 billion ALL that was at the end of last year.

Meanwhile, for state institutions, the level of unpaid energy bills at the end of October reached 4.91 billion ALL, from 4.83 billion ALL 10 months ago. As for the non-budgetary category, arrears reached 19.72 billion ALL at the end of October, from 18.96 billion ALL at the end of 2023.
