Transformation of regional vocational education campuses - New ADF investment will modernize infrastructure
The Albanian Development Fund has announced the opening of the tender for the transformation of accommodation infrastructure in regional vocational education campuses, which aims to improve working environments with basic equipment and infrastructure and create modern working environments.
The estimated limit fund for this project is 7 million and 954 thousand lekë. Meanwhile, the scope of the contract includes the design of interior decoration, with the aim of realizing a functional and sustainable investment.
According to the tender documents, the project will be developed in the premises of the “Halili” Complex, where the spaces are currently unfurnished and out of use. Therefore, interventions are foreseen to adapt the existing spaces to the function of administrative and training activities. The works will not affect the supporting structure of the building, but will focus on the reorganization of the internal spaces, the rehabilitation of the surfaces and their furnishing.
The plan foresees the reorganization of the premises to create administrative offices, an open work environment, a seminar room, finance and management facilities. The project aims to optimize the use of existing spaces, improve working conditions for staff and create a modern and functional environment.
On the other hand, the project aims to create a modern, sustainable administrative infrastructure adapted to the current needs of the institution, while simultaneously improving the quality of the working environment and the efficiency of services.
