Throughout the last few years, when the digitalization of processes in Albania has taken a rapid development, the usefulness and high performance it has brought has been reflected, thus making the work activity more efficient, but at the same time with time and financial costs. lower.
Currently, the process of collecting fines in Albania is fragmented, where each institution uses different systems in terms of format, content, technology and concept. This has caused inconsistencies, delays and increased administrative costs. Citizens face confusion and difficulty in making fine payments, while the government faces challenges in effectively tracking and managing fine revenue.
According to the document published in the Public Procurement Agency, it is said that there is a need for an automated system to increase efficiency and transparency. Therefore, this project aims to automate the processes, implementing an automated system that processes fines in a faster and more efficient way. At the same time, it will increase transparency and improve user access, developing an online platform that provides easy access to fines information and enables simple payments for users.
Using updated technology to automate processes will reduce manual work and increase the overall reliability of the system, ensuring timely and accurate payments and maximizing revenue in the budget.
According to the document, this investment will reduce the administrative burden and minimize the potential for evasion.
