Subsidies in agriculture/AZHBR: 200 thousand lek support for organic farms!
The Agricultural and Rural Development Agency (AZHBR) announces that the call for applications for the 8 support measures of the National Agriculture Scheme 2025 remains open until May 30.
According to AZHBR, for certified organic farms the value of support is 200,000 lek.
Organic farms, for the first year, benefit from financing worth 100,000 lek, in the second year, 150,000 lek and 200,000 lek for a certified farm.
According to the criteria approved by the government for subsidies in organic agriculture, businesses in this line benefit from support for the establishment or reconstruction of production facilities for traditional products of the area.
Organic farms are certified with Global GAP and operate in the production sector of honey, vegetables, medicinal plants, etc.
Last year, the National Scheme supported 170 farmers for the development of organic farms.
