How many complained about Public Procurement in September? - 10.6 million ALL to be collected in the state budget
For the month of September, a total of 98 complaints addressed to the Public Procurement Commission were registered. But complaints according to the stage of the process for which the complaint was submitted are divided into 29 for Standard Tender Documents, 69 for bid evaluation.
Meanwhile, complaints according to the type of contract are divided into 43 for goods, 17 for services and 9 for public works.
But referring to the regions, according to the monthly Bulletin, the region of Tirana leads from where 71 complaints were addressed to the KPP, while those of Durrës and Shkodra have 5 complaints respectively, the region of Fier with 4 complaints.
But how is the financial situation for the month of September?
According to the report, financial fees collected as a guarantee for procurement procedures were collected around 26 million ALL. Meanwhile, the financial fees that have been returned to the Economic Operators, at the end of the review of the procurement procedures, are 7.1 million ALL.
For the financial fees which are to be paid to the state budget at the end of the review of the procurement procedures, there are about 10.6 million ALL.
