Rama: Ina Majko, the first arrival on the path towards Albania 2030 in the EU
Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that , "Ina Majko is the first entry, among many others, following the new path that opened on May 11, towards Albania 2030 in the European Union."
"She has just been elected Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, after standing out in our May 11 team, among those who, although they did not manage to win a seat in the new Assembly, were an added value to the SP 2030 team in representing various communities and interest groups ," Rama wrote in a post on social media.
"Ina came to our team as a selection from the Roma community and as the first representative of this community at the government cabinet level in the country's history, she will cover precisely the issues of the most needy people in society in the field of Social Protection ," he emphasized.
The Prime Minister underlined that , "Ina Majko's story is the story of a child who grew up amidst prejudice and great economic difficulties and the story of a talented girl, full of energy and determination to succeed, who not only completed her studies abroad with high results and speaks five foreign languages, but also became a beautiful voice of her community on social platforms."
"I hope that Ina will be an added value in the work of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and more support for families and children in need," said the Prime Minister.
