The Shëngjin-Velipoja axis ends/Rama: Added value for tourism in the north of the country!
Prime Minister Edi Rama this morning shared a video with views of the new road axis, now completed, Shëngjin-Velipoja, describing it as an added value for tourism in the north of the country.
"With the video postcard of the beautiful Shëngjin - Velipoje road, the long-awaited construction of which was completed, creating added value for Lezha and Shkodra as a tourist destination, starting this summer," Rama writes.
The Shëngjin-Velipoja axis is considered an important axis and with its opening, a new axis will be created in an area with great potential for tourism development.
From the Port of Shëngjin, the road climbs the slope at an altitude of 100-120 meters above sea level and preserves intact the beach of Shëngjin, Rana e Hedhu and other beaches in the area. It then connects to the infrastructure of Velipoja. This road will connect the two main tourist centers.
