From unemployment, towards integration - During the first 9 months of this year, over 9,000 job seekers have been employed

The National Employment and Skills Agency has published statistics for the first 9 months of 2025, which show a positive trend in the labor market.
According to data, 19,158 job seekers registered with employment offices have been placed in various job positions, thanks to cooperation between public institutions, the private sector and job mediation programs.
Special attention has been paid to vulnerable groups, which constitute an important part of institutional efforts for equal inclusion in the labor market. According to official figures, 11,297 women and girls have been employed; 7,354 young people up to the age of 29 have found jobs, as a result of special programs for the integration of young people into the labor market.
Furthermore, 1,506 unemployment benefit recipients have been placed in jobs; 1,436 members of the economic assistance scheme have been included in the labor market, while 909 people from the Roma and Egyptian communities have been employed, reflecting concrete efforts for the social and economic inclusion of these communities. On the other hand, 315 people with disabilities have been integrated into the labor market, as part of employment programs tailored to these categories.
According to the National Employment and Skills Agency, the goal remains to empower every job seeker and guarantee equal opportunities for sustainable integration into the labor market.
