Consumers welcome lower electricity prices - Pensioners: Less costs for us. I should have sat down a little more
After the decision of the Energy Regulatory Body to reduce the electricity tariff for family subscribers, there has been a reaction from the pensioners who, during an on-site observation by Scan television, welcomed this decision.
"Positive decision, saving about 700 ALL on the monthly bill translates into more money in our pockets. It is something positive for us, but it should have decreased more," said a group of pensioners.
There are about 1.1 million family subscribers who are affected by the tariff reduction. Up to 700 kWh of monthly consumption, the rate will be 8.5 kWh without VAT.
80% of the total amount to consume below this level of electricity per month.
