Cadastre explains to citizens: Here are the documents needed for land registration with AMTP

The State Cadastre Agency (ASHK) has informed citizens about the documents they must have for registering the Land Acquisition Act (AMTP).
According to the ASHK, before applying, citizens should ensure that they have all the required documentation. The file should include the original AMTP, the land survey plan according to approved standards, as well as family status certificates, depending on the category of the beneficiary family.
For families of former agricultural cooperatives, a certificate of family status dated August 1, 1991, as well as a certificate of the moment of registration is required. For families of former agricultural enterprises, a certificate dated August 1, 1991, with amendments up to October 1, 1992, and a certificate of the moment of registration are required.
In cases where beneficiary families have had their land ownership taken away, documentation proving land ownership prior to 1946 must be submitted, as well as proof of inheritance, when necessary.
The file must also include proof of payment of local taxes.
ASHK clarifies that the applicant must not have previously acquired agricultural land in the territory of a former cooperative or other former agricultural enterprise, different from the one where the land for which registration is requested is located.
After the application, the local directorates of the ASA carry out the relevant verifications to assess the possibility of registering the parcel, by comparing the property documentation with the actual situation on the ground.
Documents must be uploaded in PDF format during the application, while original copies must be sent by mail to the relevant Local Cadastre Directorate.
