Enterprise support schemes for 2025 ready - From competitiveness projects to handicrafts. How much will be financed?
The decision to determine the benefit measure for the special criteria and conditions for funding support for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises for 2025 has been published in the Official Gazette, upon the proposal of the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation and the Council of Ministers. But what are the financial measures and which enterprises do not benefit?
To begin with, this fund does not benefit those enterprises that have received funding from donors or national and international financial institutions.
But, referring to the decision, the financial support scheme for current expenses for the economic development support program is worth 100,000,000 lek, a fund that covers 100% of the approved costs, but not more than 2,500,000 lek.
Meanwhile, financial support for the item "Capital Expenditures" is in the amount of 31,830,000 lek. From this fund, 21,830,000 lek are allocated for projects for competitiveness which cover 100% of the approved costs, but not more than 1,500,000 lek, as well as 10,000,000 lek, projects in support of handicrafts, which cover 100% of the costs, but without exceeding the value of 1,000,000 lek.
Applicants to benefit from the fund must meet general criteria with a focus on promoting exports and strengthening capabilities for services and products for a sustainable market.
The focus of this decision is to increase competitiveness for the development of products and services, the growth of creative businesses, the support of women entrepreneurs, the implementation of new technologies and innovation, etc.
