"At this moment, no voting center is unopened or blocked. 8% of the VCs opened late, between 7:00 - 8:00. In 5%, not all members were present. In all VCs there were observations. There are 21% of cases that we have requested information, as not all cases were helped. 6% of cases have been blocked, but the situation has stabilized. In 5% of the VCs we have cases of non-respect of the distance of 150 m. Only 4 voting stations where the operator did not appear, for electronic identification. They are located in Dropull. Manual identification is being carried out. 2 cases of the presence of candidates for deputies present in the VC. This is prohibited. Electronic voting in Unit 10 and Vora, the process is going normally. No problems have been reported."
