"ATP, two days a week meetings with citizens about properties"/ Gogu:

Citizens with unresolved property issues will be able to communicate directly with the leaders of the Property Treatment Agency. Every Wednesday, the Agency will hold meetings on issues related to property compensation, while on Thursdays, requests for recognition of ownership will be handled. Minister of Justice, Toni Gogu, said that this initiative aims to speed up procedures and improve service to citizens.

"The new General Director who heads the Property Treatment Agency, today has a new initiative, which is called an open day. And every Wednesday, all of you who have problems with the Property Treatment Agency, that is, with the return of properties and property compensation, every Wednesday the General Director, with all the staff and the relevant directorate, awaits you, for compensation issues. And every Thursday for recognition of ownership. The General Director has detailed a plan for serving citizens, which has the full support of the minister, the ministry and the entire government ," said Gogu.

Focusing on the European integration process, the Minister of Justice stated that the goal is to fulfill the obligations stemming from the final milestone report by September 2027.

" Our objective that has a date is within December 2027 for the final milestones that must be approved, which means that we must be within September 2027, so next year in September we should be ready to have completed the homework that the final milestone report leaves us with ," the minister explained.

Minister Gogu announced that 2,300 people have benefited from the criminal amnesty, while the seven released minors are being supported with reintegration programs. He promised to improve the salaries of the Prison Police as soon as the budget allows, as well as to expand the digitalization of justice services.
