112 million lek for the multi-functional army facility - Modern space. Includes warehouse and health center in Ferraj, Tirana
The Ministry of Defense has announced the opening of the tender for the construction of the facility for the accommodation of the Support Company, logistics depot, Ferraj, Tirana. The calculated limit fund is 112 million and 588 thousand ALL.
The construction site is located in a suburban area of Tirana. According to the document published in the Public Procurement Agency, it is stated that the objective is to build a new facility by designing suitable premises with normal function.
The intervention area is located in Ferraj, Tirana, where it is proposed to design a two-story building in this property. The new facility has a regular L shape, this facility will include technical facilities, health center, warehouse and support company employee facilities.
According to the development plan, warehouses and technical premises will be positioned on the 0th floor, while on the +1st floor it is planned to build a health center and the premises of the employees of the support company.
In addition to the treatment of the yard, green spaces will be added to the external arrangement, the document said.
Meanwhile, this project is based on the risk management strategy during operation, as well as within the legal framework for taking preventive measures, as well as those in case of such a phenomenon.
