Qafë Plloçë Project-Pogradec entrance/ Government approves expropriations around the area!
The Council of Ministers approved today the expropriation in the public interest of the owners of real estate affected by the implementation of the project "settlement, asphalting of the road axis Qafë e Plloçës-Pogradec entrance and Pogradec ring road".
The decision states that the expropriation is in favor of the Pogradec municipality.
According to the decision, co-owners of real estate, private property, that are expropriated, are compensated in full value for assets of the "field", "orchard", "vineyard", "plot" and "apartment" types, with a total value of 27,180,840.50 lek that will be borne by the state budget and the "Expropriation Fund" account at the Bank of Albania.
The notification states that the expropriation begins immediately after the publication of this decision in the "Official Gazette" and the deadline for completing the expropriation is within 3 months from the date of its entry into force.
Owners of private real estate are compensated, for the purpose of expropriation, after having submitted the supporting documentation for liquidation to the State Agency for Expropriation.
The State Agency for Expropriation carries out the procedures for the liquidation of expropriated owners, according to the provisions made in this decision.
The deadline for the start and completion of the works is in accordance with the deadlines set by the Pogradec municipality and this decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
