The rules for registering businesses change - All procedures are done online. Any person has access to the subjects' data
The government has changed the rules for providing services to businesses, making every service possible through e-Albania. Referring to the decision published in the Official Gazette, all physical counters of the National Business Center are replaced with the "e-Albania" portal. The application for registration at the National Business Center (NBC) is made at the "e-Albania" portal.
Referring to the decision, the authorized official (registrar) of the CKB verifies in detail whether the application and the accompanying documents are in accordance with the business registration law, as well as verifies the actions performed by the electronically authenticated person.
Also, it is determined that any decision of the CKB regarding the approval, suspension or rejection of the application is notified electronically to the applicant on the "e-Albania" portal, as well as on the official website of the CKB, no later than 1 days from the date of submission of the application.
Among other things, the decision specifies that any interested person, without being forced to identify himself, can search the data published by the CKB on the official website for any registered data, with the exception of the residential address of individuals . These searches can be carried out electronically on the official website of the KKB.
Every person has the right to receive, in electronic format, extracts for the registered data of any subject. Also, any person can receive, in paper form, copies of the accompanying documents, deposited in the registry, against the payment of the corresponding fee."
The application for error correction can be made online by the entity to which the data belong, through the "e-Albania" portal. This decision comes within the framework of the digitalization reform of services for citizens and businesses.
