Legalizations, over 6,000 citizens complete the process in the first 3 months - ASHK: Ownership documents, a necessity after legalization
The State Cadastral Agency announces that during the first three months of this year, a significant number of citizens have completed the process of registering legalization decisions for their properties. According to the data, 6,117 citizens have registered the legalization decision, being equipped with complete ownership documentation and gaining legal security over their property.
This process is considered an important step in the formalization of property and in guaranteeing the legal rights of citizens. Only after this step can they be provided with official documents such as the certificate of ownership, the property card and the fragment of the cadastral map, which are essential for any legal action on property.
Through the registration of the legalization decision, the owners gain the right to freely administer it, in accordance with applicable legislation, and also create opportunities for its use in various functions, such as sale, donation or use as collateral for loans.
The State Cadastral Agency calls on all citizens who have a legalization decision for their properties to take the necessary steps for registration. This application is necessary to be equipped with complete ownership documentation.
The registration of the legalization decision constitutes the final stage of this process and is essential to fully and indisputably guarantee the rights of owners over their property.
