"Hospitality Albania" launches the competition for the selection of the best projects
"Hospitality Albania" is an investment project that aims to reuse and modernize government residences, which are currently depreciated structures with sporadic use and high maintenance requirements, turning them into exclusive and attractive destinations for elite tourism and hosting important personalities.
This initiative aims to unlock and maximize the potential of these unique assets, integrating them into the lucrative global tourism market, a key sector for Albania’s future development. The project will play an important role in the economic and tourist revitalization of these areas, transforming these properties into attractive centers that reflect the harmony between innovation and the unique natural landscape.
Through this initiative, it aims to create a precedent for the sustainable and efficient development of state-owned properties, combining contemporary architecture and the most advanced technologies with an integrated vision for luxury, hospitality and sustainability.
The international competitive procedure for the implementation of the "Hospitality Albania" investment project is carried out through two phases: the qualification phase and the selection phase.
Today, in a special event with the participation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the 7 Phase II Finalists, representatives of prestigious architectural studios, are presenting their project ideas before an international Jury.
