What are the 28 new priority development areas? - Villages where investment opportunities are opened in Shkodër, Mat and Shijak are determined

The government has approved 28 new priority development zones in the municipalities of Shkodra, Mat and Shijak. Any individual who has been using land for more than 10 years, has a business plan and wants to invest in these areas can benefit from purchasing land for a symbolic value of 1 euro.
Specifically, referring to the government's decision, the 3 areas designated in the Mat Municipality are the area of the Gërman lakes, the village of Selixë, the former Vila e Zogut area, the village of Selixë, the area of the crown of the village of Selixë; part of the Komsi administrative unit, with a total of 620 ha of land.
In the Shijak municipality, 20 priority development areas have been identified, such as the Maminas administrative unit, Rubjek area; Rubjek reservoir 1 and 2; Maminas administrative unit, Karrec area; Karrec reservoir, Maminas administrative unit, Metalla area; Metalla and Karpen reservoir; Gjepalaj administrative unit, Shetël and Likesh areas; Callika reservoir; Gjepalaj administrative unit, Çizmeli area, Gjepalaj administrative unit, Kënetë area, Shtraza reservoir, Gjepalaj administrative unit, Gjepalaj area, Terzie reservoir. In total, 302 hectares are available for investment.
In the Shkodra municipality, the administrative unit of Shala, Theth village; the administrative unit of Shala; the village of Nderlysaj, the administrative unit of Guri i Zi, Rragam village; the administrative unit of Guri i Zi, Sheld village; the administrative unit of Guri i Zi, Mazrek – Shpor villages have been determined. In total, there are 4420 hectares in this municipality, which are ready for investment in this municipality.
The types of activities that will be developed in this area are those of economic development; industrial and tourist.
