ARRSH clarifies the entry-exit to Papër: The node will be built in a further phase

The Albanian Road Authority (ARRSH) has reacted to recently published information about the lack of an entrance-exit in the Papër area, along the new Elbasan-Rrogozhinë highway.
ARRSH explains that the project of this infrastructure work foresees the construction of a junction in Papër, which will enable the connection of the Papër, Cërrik and surrounding territories to the highway.
According to the Albanian Road Authority, the construction of this junction is not included in the contracts currently in the implementation process. The junction is planned to be implemented in a later phase, in accordance with the planning and continuity of the project.
ARA emphasizes that it remains committed to continuously and transparently informing the public on the progress of infrastructure projects, appreciating the importance of accurate and verified information on issues of public interest.
The Albanian Road Authority informs that for any further information regarding the project and the progress of the works, citizens can contact the institution.
