3000 legalization decisions in 90 days/ Cadastre relieves citizens from waiting
ASHK continues to speed up the process of legalizations, committing to provide citizens with the right of ownership over unauthorized constructions in accordance with the legal framework and the established deadlines.
The State Cadastre Agency has issued about 3,000 decisions for the legalization of constructions without permission during the last three months, intensively following the legalization process throughout Albania.
This progress is part of the implementation of Law no. 20/2020, which sets the year 2028 as the final deadline for the completion of transitional ownership processes.
ASHK continues the work in the field with the support of the municipalities for the identification of priority areas and the acceleration of the procedures both during the verification in the facility and in completing the application files.
For the registration of the decision, the beneficiary can apply after the end of the 30-day period for administrative appeals, through the e-albania portal, for the services "Registration of the transfer of ownership by law (R2)", "Issue of Ownership Certificates (L1) ", "Issue copy of property card (I5)" and "Issue copy of fragment of cadastral map (I4)". Applications are made easily by following the steps in the personal profile on the e-albania portal.
