The government has approved the decision defining the rules for the administration of the register of confiscated objects and its data. The decision in question, published in the Official Gazette, details the list of institutions that have the right to access the register and the criteria they must meet, where there are 15 of them in total.

The administrative institution of the registry of confiscated objects is the State Cadastre Agency. The register of confiscated objects interacts with the state database of other institutions, using their primary data as secondary data.

According to the decision, the primary data of the register of confiscated objects are the technical-legal documentation of the property, which includes the administrative practice of the confiscation decision and the approval of development programs.

The secondary data of the register are: Identification data for persons, which are obtained from the database "National Registry of Civil Status", administered by the General Directorate of Civil Status, such as: NID; name; last name Identification data for the subject, which are obtained from the "Commercial Registry" database, administered by the National Business Center, such as: NIPT/NUIS; trade name; administrator.

 Property identification data, which are obtained from the "AlBSCAD state cadastral database", administered by the State Cadastre Agency, such as: property number; the area of ​​the property; property owner, cadastral area; property address; data of previous legal acts, such as the type of act, number, date of the act and data of third parties. Construction permit data, which are obtained from the database "E-Permit construction permit database, administered by the Territory Development Agency, such as: act number; the total area of ​​properties, which are affected by this project; the surface of the land occupied by the structure, according to the permit; the number of floors above and below ground; the number of units from the reading of the architectural project (service, housing, parking); the developer.

Other supplementary information, which, as the case may be, may be administrative acts (orders, decisions, etc.), and other acts created by the activity of the responsible authorities according to the law, in function of the confiscation process and development programs or decisions court.

The register of confiscated objects is completed and administered in digital format. The register is accessed only by authorized persons of the relevant institution and interacts with other state databases through the government interaction platform.
