Sektorët financiarë dhe Real Estate, në zgjerim/ Bizneset në këto fusha regjistrojnë rritje me 13.5%
Eurostat ka publikuar së fundmi statistika të reja në lidhje me hapjen e bizneseve në vendet e Europës, duke analizuar ecurinë e regjistrimeve të reja sipas sektorëve kryesorë ekonomikë. “Scan Intel” ka analizuar shifrat e rregjistrimeve e aktiviteteve të reja në sektorin e pasurive të paluajtshme, aktivitetet financiare dhe të sigurimeve, si edhe në aktivitetet profesionale.
Për sa i përket këtyre sektorëve, Shqipëria rezulton ndër vendet me performancën më të mirë gjatë tremujorit të fundit të vitit 2025. Vendi ka shënuar një rritje prej 13.5% në hapjen e bizneseve të reja në këto fusha, duke rikuperuar ndjeshëm rezultatin e tremujorit paraardhës, kur regjistrohej një rënie prej 4.2%. Ky përmirësim tregon një kthesë pozitive të aktivitetit ekonomik në sektorët e lidhur me investimet, shërbimet financiare dhe profesionet e specializuara.
Edhe në indeksin e përgjithshëm të hapjes së bizneseve për këta sektorë, Shqipëria paraqitet në nivele të larta, e vlerësuar me 166.8 pikë, çka e pozicionon mbi mesataren e shumë vendeve të tjera europiane.
Në Europë, rritjen më të theksuar e ka shënuar Maqedonia e Veriut, me një zgjerim prej 77.8% në hapjen e bizneseve në këto aktivitete, duke kryesuar listën. Pas saj renditet Shqipëria, ndërsa Italia shfaqet gjithashtu me një ecuri pozitive, me një rritje prej 12% në këta sektorë.
Në anën tjetër të renditjes, Irlanda ka regjistruar rënien më të fortë në hapjen e bizneseve në këto fusha, e ndjekur nga Luksemburgu dhe Mali i Zi, me ulje përkatësisht 23.4% dhe 19.9%. Këto shifra tregojnë se ndërsa disa ekonomi po përjetojnë zgjerim të aktivitetit në sektorët e pasurive të paluajtshme dhe shërbimeve financiare, të tjera po përballen me ngadalësim të ndjeshëm.
