Balkan tour, Prime Minister Edi Rama will host the President of the Council of Europe, Antonio Costa

The Media and Information Agency informs you that Prime Minister Rama will host on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, the President of the Council of Europe, Antonio Costa, who is visiting Tirana, as part of diplomatic visits to the six Western Balkan countries, on the eve of the EU-Western Balkans Summit to be held on June 5 in Tivat, Montenegro.
The summit is being held six months after the last summit in Brussels, reaffirming the strengthening of the EU's relations with the Western Balkans.
Following the joint meeting between the two delegations, Prime Minister Rama and the President of the Council of Europe Antonio Costa will hold a joint press conference at noon.
