"Other cadastral directorates will be relocated" - Rama: The case of Vlora was misunderstood. The future is a service without counters

After the relocation of the Vlora Cadastre office to Tirana, the turn of other directorates will also come. In this week's podcast, Prime Minister Edi Rama stated that the Vlora case had no reason to be misunderstood, as that move aims to ensure that cadastral services are only available online and not over the counter.
"The near, not distant, future of Cadastre is a service like many other services, without counters, without physical buildings scattered throughout the territory, but with access to every service, as a fundamental right and a right that is obtained via mobile phone, which is obtained via the nearest computer and which has no connection to the location of the office," said the Prime Minister.
Rama emphasized that in addition to the online application, e-Albania will also offer direct reverse service.
"This is not the first action to relocate a local directorate to the center and it is not the last either. Other directorates will be relocated and in the meantime, what we are working on day after day is to ensure the closure of the cycle, that is, no more online application and then receiving the service back by mail, but online application and receiving the service immediately online," the Prime Minister said.
Property cards, certificates, registration of deeds, contracts, revaluations, all are applied for and tracked online in e-Albania.
