Rains help the fire situation in the country/ AKMC: 16 identified fires, only 2 still active!
The National Civil Protection Agency announces that during the last few hours, 16 fires have been identified in the country's territory, 1 of which remains active and 1 is under monitoring.
According to currently published information, the still active outbreaks are as follows:
- In the village of Dhores, Skrapar municipality, field work by operational structures continues today.
- Gurë-Lurë, Dibër Municipality (Lurë National Park), the fire has been brought under control and is being monitored to ensure its complete extinction.
While referring to the fires that have already been extinguished, AKMC details their location as follows:
* On the Allush mountain, Bulqizë
* On the Delvinë-Kardhiq road, Vergo administrative unit, Delvinë municipality
* In the village of Gumenicë, municipality of Selenica
* In the village of Bolena, Himara municipality
* In the Shijan neighborhood, Delvinë municipality
* In the village of Dukat, Vlora municipality
* In neighborhood No. 2, Rrogozhina administrative unit,
* In the village of Qerret, Kavaja municipality
* In the village of Kallmet, Lezha municipality,
* At the training fields near the KF Skënderbeu stadium, Korça municipality
* In the village of Vashtëmi, administrative unit of Libonik, municipality of Maliq
* In the Çole neighborhood, Vlora municipality
AKMC informs that 16 firefighting vehicles, 142 operational forces and 15 personnel from the Armed Forces have been deployed on the ground, in full coordination with local authorities.
Residents are also urged to be careful, avoid starting fires, and report fires in a timely manner.
