Qeveria miraton Programin “Pas shkolle” për sistemin publik, buxheti do paguajë trajnuesit 1 mijë lekë për orë
Në mbledhjen e sotme Qeveria ka miratuar organizimin dhe zhvillimit të programit “PAS SHKOLLE”, një veprimtari, që do të zhvillohet jashtë orarit mësimor të detyruar me të gjithë nxënësit e regjistruar në institucionet arsimore parauniversitare publike të arsimit bazë dhe të arsimit të mesëm të lartë.
Vendimi i qeverisë ka përcaktuat kategoritë dhe kriteret për përzgjedhjen e trajnuesve, mënyrën se si ata dotë aplikojnë, dokumentacionin që paraqesin si edhe mënyrën e përzgjedhjes.
Sipas vendimit të qeverisë programi “Pas shkolle” financohet nga fondi buxhetor i miratuar për këtë qëllim, për çdo vit buxhetor, nëpërmjet akordimit të fondeve për zyrat vendore të arsimit parauniversitar për realizimin e këtij programi. Shpërblimi i trajnuesve të programit “Pas shkolle” trajtohet si pagesë për shërbim të veçantë arsimor, të kryer jashtë detyrimeve, që rrjedhin nga kontrata e punës.
Pagesa për çdo orë për zbatimin e programit “pas shkolle” për trajnuesit, për veprimtaritë që zhvillohen jashtë orarit mësimor të detyruar, është 1 000 (një mijë) lekë. Shpërblimi nuk përbën pjesë të pagës mujore dhe nuk ndikon në ngarkesën mësimore të detyrueshme.
Përjashtimisht, për vitin shkollor 2026-2027, kërkesa për aplikim për t’u angazhuar në programin “Pas shkolle” për mësuesin e klasifikuar në portalin “Mësues për Shqipërinë”, do të kryhet në rrugë elektronike.
