The meeting began with debates, following a request from the Democratic Party to hold it with open doors. The prosecutors have left, while the meeting in the Council has been going on for hours.

Lifting Balluk's immunity from Parliament would pave the way for her arrest, whether in prison, at home, or by house search.

During the meeting of the SP parliamentary group a few days ago, Rama said that "Parliament will first express its opinion on immunity, then on legal changes."

With the legal amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code that require 84 votes in Parliament, the court cannot exercise against the president, prime minister, deputy prime minister, ministers, members of the Constitutional Court, the Ombudsman, and the Head of the Supreme Audit Office, only the measure of suspension from office.
