The Mountain Package, here are the 28 priority areas approved by the Government for the Municipalities of Bulqizë, Pukë and Lezha
At today's Government meeting, three more municipalities were added to the list of priority areas for development, within the framework of the Mountain Package. According to the relevant decisions, 8 priority areas were defined for Builqiza and Puka and 12 such areas for the municipality of Lezha.
According to the ranking of the 28 priority areas divided by municipalities, they are:
For the Municipality of Bulqiza:
a) Zone no. 1, the villages of Gjon, Nëdërfushas, Lenë, Peshk, Stavec, Mëlcu and Val, part of the administrative unit of Martanesh, Bulqizë Municipality, Dibër District, with an area of 15,184 (fifteen thousand one hundred eighty-four) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
b) Zone no. 2, the villages of Peladhi, Godvi, Krajkë, Zërqan, Sofraçan, Tërnova e Madhe, Tërnova e Vogël, Strikçan, Zall-Strikçan, Sopot, Zall-Sopot and Valikardhe, part of the Zerqan administrative unit, Bulqizë Municipality, Dibër District, with an area of 5,400 (five thousand four hundred) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
c) Zone no. 3, the villages of Fushë-Bulqizë, Dragua, Dushaj and Koçaj, part of the administrative unit of Fushë-Bulqizë, Bulqizë Municipality, Dibër District, with an area of 3,362 (three thousand three hundred and sixty-two) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
ç) Zone no. 4, the villages of Kovašicë, Bllacë, Zogjaj, Gjuras, Shtushaj and Mazhicë, part of the administrative unit of Shupenza, Municipality of Bulqiza, Dibër District, with an area of 2,601 (two thousand six hundred and one) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
d) Zone no. 5, the villages of Gjoricë e Sipërme, Gjoricë e Poshtme, Viçisht, Lubalesh, Çerenec i Poshtëm and Çerenec i Sipërme, part of the administrative unit of Gjoricë, Bulqizë Municipality, Dibër District, with an area of 2,459 (two thousand four hundred and fifty-nine) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
dh) Zone no. 6, the villages of Kojavec, Lejçan, Orzhanovë, Ostren i Madh, Radovesh, Lladomericë, Pasinkë and Tërbac, part of the Ostren administrative unit, Bulqizë Municipality, Dibër District, with an area of 3,854 (three thousand eight hundred and fifty-four) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
e) Area no. 7, village Vajkal no. 1, part of the administrative unit Bulqizë, Municipality of Bulqizë, Dibër District, with an area of 443 (four hundred and forty-three) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
ë) Area no. 8, Klenjë village, part of the Trebisht administrative unit, Bulqizë Municipality, Dibër District, with an area of 703 (seven hundred and three) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system.
For the Municipality of Puka
a) Zone no. 1, the villages of Lajthizë and Pukë, part of the administrative unit of Pukë, Pukë Municipality, Shkodër District, with an area of 1659.88 (one thousand six hundred and fifty-nine point eighty-eight) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
b) Zone no. 2, the villages of Luf-Plan, Kçirë and Plet, part of the administrative unit of Qerret, Municipality of Pukë, Shkodër District, with an area of 910.01 (nine hundred and ten point zero one) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
c) Zone no. 3, the villages of Korthpulë, Vrith and Gomsiqe, part of the administrative unit of Qerret, Municipality of Pukë, Shkodër District, with an area of 3911.72 (three thousand nine hundred and eleven point seventy-two) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
ç) Zone no. 4, the villages of Qelëz, Buzhalë, Lëvrushk and Bushat, part of the administrative unit of Qelëz, Pukë Municipality, Shkodra District, with an area of 1981.47 (one thousand nine hundred eighty-one point forty-seven) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
d) Zone no. 5, the villages of Kabash, Meçe and Buhot, part of the administrative unit of Rrape, Municipality of Pukë, Shkodër District, with an area of 1486.84 (one thousand four hundred eighty-six point eighty-four) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
dh) Zone no. 6, the villages of Rrape, Bicaj and Breg, part of the administrative unit of Rrape, Pukë Municipality, Shkodër District, with an area of 720.15 (seven hundred and twenty point fifteen) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
e) Zone no. 7, the villages of Shkozë and Gojani i Madh, part of the Gjegjan administrative unit, Pukë Municipality, Shkodër District, with an area of 813.35 (eight hundred and thirteen point thirty-five) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
ë) Zone no. 8, the villages of Mesul and Gojani i Vogël, part of the Gjegjan administrative unit, Pukë Municipality, Shkodër District, with an area of 2687.08 (two thousand six hundred eighty-seven point zero eight) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system.
For the Municipality of Lezha:
a) Zone no. 1, the villages of Balldren, Mali-Rencit, Kodër Mulliri, the city of Lezhë, parts of the administrative units of Balldren, Shëngjin and Lezhë, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 1,199 (one thousand one hundred and ninety-nine) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
b) Zone no. 2, the villages of Mali-Kakariq, Koljakaj, Torovicë and Zojs, part of the administrative units of Balldren and Dajç, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 2,082 (two thousand eighty-two) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
c) Zone no. 3, the villages of Mabë and Dragush, part of the administrative unit of Dajç, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 222 (two hundred and twenty-two) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
ç) Area no. 4, Dajç village, part of the Dajç administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 89 (eighty-nine) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
d) Area no. 5, Kodhel village, part of the Blinisht administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 119 (one hundred and nineteen) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
dh) Area no. 6, Baqel village, part of the Blinisht administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 85 (eighty-five) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
e) Area no. 7, Baqel village, part of the Blinisht administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 49 (forty-nine) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
ë) Area no. 8, Fishtë village, part of the Blinisht administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 14 (fourteen) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
f) Zone no. 9, the villages of Krajnë, Fishtë, Troshan, Kallmet i Vogël, Kallmet i Madh, Mërqi, Rraboshtë, Velë, Gjash, Lalm, Lalm Lukaj, Kacinar, Grykë, Manati, Patalej, Tresh, Spiten, Pruell, Markatomaj, Zejmen and Pllanë, parts of the administrative units of Blinisht, Kallmet, Kolsh and Zejmen, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 8,314 (eight thousand three hundred and fourteen) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
g) Zone no. 10, the villages of Ungrej, Kashnjet, Gjobardhaj, Kalivaç, Ras-Butë, Zinaj, Fregen, Kaluer, Sukaxhi, part of the Ungrej administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 7,102 (seven thousand one hundred and two) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
gj) Zone no. 11, the villages of Kolsh, Grykë and the city of Lezhë, parts of the administrative units of Lezhë and Kolsh, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 259 (two hundred and fifty-nine) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system;
h) Area no. 12, Berzane village, part of the Zejmen administrative unit, Lezhë Municipality, Lezhë District, with an area of 753 (seven hundred and fifty-three) ha, according to the map in the KRGJSH system.
According to the definitions of the decisions of the Council of Ministers, the above areas have priority for: economic development, industrial development and tourist development.
