Over 52 thousand subscribers use OSHEE's online services, the number of applications and digital payments increases

The digital services offered by OSHEE Group are increasingly being used by citizens, reducing the need for physical presence at the company's counters and facilitating the receipt of services remotely.
According to data published by OSHEE Group, over 52 thousand clients have registered so far on the company's electronic platforms, through the official website and the OsheeMobile mobile application.
For more than a year, the company has expanded its range of online services, enabling subscribers to submit applications for various complaints and requests, update personal data, obtain debit confirmations, and apply for new connections to the electricity network.
The use of digital platforms has led to a significant increase in online transactions. According to OSHEE statistics, so far, nearly 14 thousand electricity bill payments and around 9 thousand different requests from subscribers have been made through electronic channels.
The company emphasizes that online services save citizens time and avoid waiting at Customer Care counters, offering a faster and more efficient way to manage energy services.
OSHEE Group invites subscribers to increasingly use digital solutions, which enable access to services at any time and from any location.
To benefit from these services, citizens can register on the company's online platform or download the OsheeMobile application, completing the necessary procedures directly from their phone or computer without the need to physically appear at OSHEE offices.
