As of 10.06.2026, payments for the benefit of conditional forgiveness of tax liabilities, fines and late payment interest have begun, according to Law No. 86/2025.
For the period 2015–2019, 50% of the principal obligation is forgiven, as well as full forgiveness of fines and late payment interest, if the remaining 50% is paid at once from 10.06.2026 to 30.06.2026.
For the period 2015–2019, a 25% write-off of the principal obligation is obtained, as well as a full write-off of fines and late payment interest, if the remaining 75% is paid from 10.06.2026 to 31.12.2026.
For the period 2020–2024, full cancellation of fines and late payment interest is available if 100% of the principal obligation is paid from 10.06.2026 to 31.12.2026.
