Prime Minister Rama in Durrës: Loan scheme of up to 2 million euros for large enterprises

Prime Minister Edi Rama introduced a new credit scheme for large enterprises. During a visit to an industrial complex in Durrës, Rama said that through the "Double Your Enterprise" platform, companies that increase employment will be stimulated.
"The reason why we are here and the cameras are to promote as much as we can the good example of Albanian enterprises like this one. As we saw from the presentation given to us by the company's founders, it started with a big dream, but with extremely limited possibilities and step by step they have been transformed into impressive realities, like the reality we just saw, where in fact it goes from electronic waste to the highest level of processing of gold rings and pendants. In fact, gold is extracted from waste that for many people is simply considered waste to be disposed of, while for this company it is like a material of a mine from which added value is created", said Rama.
"At a time when we can list many positive things that have happened as a result of economic growth, but in the meantime we are convinced that there is more to be done, for this reason we are preparing a special financing program for enterprises. The goal is to finance small and medium-sized enterprises, but also for those enterprises that may be large enterprises but want to invest in a special way in human and social work processes, we will make a new financing instrument available. We will make lending much easier. We will set a ceiling of up to 2 million euros for enterprises that plan to grow", - said Rama
