Direct flights Luxembourg-Tirana, Minister Ferit Hoxha: Another European company in Albania
Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Ferit Hoxha announced on the social network X the establishment of direct flights between Luxembourg and Tirana through the company Luxair.
The Minister considered the arrival of another European airline in Albania as excellent news.
"Starting from March 29, 2027, this new line that will operate all year round will operate flights twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, creating the first regular direct air connection between Luxembourg and Albania," writes Hoxha.
According to him, a new and welcome connection between our two countries will bring our people, businesses, and communities even closer.
Earlier, on April 21 of this year, Minister Hoxha had visited the Luxair headquarters where, in a meeting with the company's CEO, Gilles Feith, the possibility of connecting Luxembourg - Tirana through direct flights was discussed.
