Demo: After the cyber attack, Albanian Post services continue normally

The Minister of State for Local Government, Ervin Demo, announced that the responsible institutions are conducting a detailed analysis of the event that occurred the day before, where a cyberattack was reported against the Albanian Post.
In a media conference after the government meeting, Demo stated that, despite the incident, all Albanian Post services continue to function normally.
Asked about the possible impact of the attack, he stated that so far there is no evidence that unencrypted information has been made accessible to citizens. However, the minister stressed that the final report of the experts must be awaited to determine exactly what happened.
Demo also highlighted that Albania has made rapid progress in the field of cybersecurity, increasing its capacity to deal with such incidents.
