Alarm sounds, Albanian ambassador to Israel interrupts interview on SCAN/Kumbe: Difficult days with CODE RED, our citizens safe

"I have to go, the alarm.."
These were the moments on SCAN Live, where the Albanian Ambassador to Israel, Meri Kumbe, had to interrupt the interview after the alarm sirens, to continue the conversation after a few minutes. Kumbe said that the attacks are coming and so is Tehran's response. Kumbe added that the airspace is blocked, while the "Code Red" continues, where everything is paralyzed, except for essential services. Ambassador Kumbe emphasized that Albanians are in shelters and safe, until the situation normalizes and they return.
"All our citizens are safe near their shelters. These are difficult days. The attacks continue, the density of the attacks has decreased, but the severity is greater. The evening was accompanied by large explosions. The airspace is closed, as long as the military operations continue. The Israeli army instructs citizens and we continue to be with a Red Code, which means that what we call essential services, namely health services and supermarkets, are functioning. We continue to instruct our citizens not to undertake any movement in contradiction with the Israeli authorities. It is a priority for them to be safe and then, within security parameters, to enable their return - Ambassador Kume told SCAN
But while President Trump has said the operation could last about 4 weeks, it is still unknown whether a diplomatic solution will be found to end the conflict.
"It's still up for discussion. There is no solution that will come to fruition, we have to wait," added the Albanian ambassador in Tel Aviv.
As a result of these recent developments in the Middle East, the safety of Albanian citizens is the main focus of diplomatic missions in the countries affected by the conflict. For this reason, the telephone numbers of Albanian diplomatic missions in Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey, Egypt and Cyprus have been made available, to provide their assistance to any problem that requires a solution, for Albanian citizens who are in the Middle East. All Albanian citizens have been called upon by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to remain in safe places and to contact the contacts of Albanian embassies in the region, to receive further instructions.
