AAPSK publishes updated catalogs of seized and confiscated assets for 2025

The Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets (AAPSK) has published on its official website the updated versions for 2025 of the Catalog of Sequestered Assets and the Catalog of Confiscated Assets.
These catalogs were initially published for the first time during the months of February and March 2025 and have now been updated to reflect all the changes, developments and movements that have occurred during 2025 until its end, within the framework of the administration of assets by AAPSK. Their update represents the continuation of a regular and comprehensive inventory process of the assets placed under the administration of the Agency.
The publication and updating of the catalogues aims to increase transparency, strengthen institutional accountability and guarantee open access to information for citizens, institutions and all interested parties. The catalogues provide a detailed overview of seized and confiscated assets, their legal status and the manner of administration by the AAPSK.
Regarding this process, the Chief Administrator of AAPSK, Risena Xhaja, stated:
"The publication and continuous updating of the catalogs of seized and confiscated assets is a concrete commitment of AAPSK for transparency and responsible administration. For the first time, these assets are being documented and made public in a structured manner, creating a new standard in their administration and strengthening the trust of the public and institutions in this process."
AAPSK clarifies that the values of the assets reflected in the catalogs, accompanied by the relevant passports, do not represent their market value. These values are reference and are obtained based on official documentation and relevant investigative files. The publication of assets is carried out for transparency and information purposes, and does not have as its objective their sale or alienation.
The Sequestered and Confiscated Assets Administration Agency remains committed to implementing the principles of legality, efficiency, transparency and public interest, guaranteeing the most orderly and professional administration of the assets entrusted to it.
The updated catalogs for 2025 are now available for consultation on the official website of AAPSK.
