CBK launches the Financial Products Comparison Platform. Greater transparency for citizens

The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo has officially launched the Platform for Comparison of Financial Products and Services, a new instrument that aims to increase transparency, empower citizens in decision-making and strengthen trust in the financial sector.
CBK Governor, Ahmet Ismaili, described this step as a concrete advancement towards empowering consumers, giving them the opportunity to choose the products that best suit their needs.
The platform includes data from 50 financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies and microfinance institutions. It covers 17 product categories, divided into 60 sub-products and over 200 detailed breakdowns, with more than 10,000 pieces of information for comparison.
The launch ceremony was also attended by the EU Ambassador to Kosovo, Aivo Orav, as well as the representative of the European Fund for Southeast Europe, Venera Hoxha, who welcomed the initiative.
The platform is accessible in Albanian, Serbian and English through the official CBK website or directly from the link compare.bqk-kos.org
